SNAP COLA Changes Coming October 1, 2026

The Rhode Island Department of Human Services has announced updated SNAP cost-of-living adjustments alongside the ongoing operation of its Eat Well, Be Well (EWBW) Pilot Incentive Program. This program provides SNAP recipients with additional benefits for purchasing qualifying fruits and vegetables, which are automatically loaded onto their EBT cards.
